Looks Nice But No Action, November 3, 2009

I guess this can be called waterproof cause the motor didn't work so there was nothing to damage by water. There is no switch or instructions telling you the direction of the batteries. It buzzed once for about 15 seconds then nothing! Not what I call quality.
