We thought the idea of this would be great, but my wife is petite and the cup was too large to fit over her and make an airtight seal. Therefore it was useless for us. If the cup were flexible it would probably work better but it is rigid plastic. To be fair it probably would have worked great if it would seal. Chalk another failed toy up to experience.
