I've been using this particular product for years. When I was originally introduced to it, I was told it numbs your gagging reflex to keep you from gagging if you're performing oral sex. Thus, it keeps you from chocking so you're able to "deep throat" in the case of a lengthy penis. I would definitely have to say that the product does work. It doesn't leave your mouth feeling numb and the taste is great. The mint is better because it adds a little more stimulation. My flavors of choice would be passion fruit, strawberry, and mint. I'm not a fan of cherry or cinnamon so I can't speak for those. The only thing I don't like is the gel like squishy feeling in your mouth. I would recommend acutally placing the gel on the penis and let it glide down your throat as you're performing oral sex.
