The Silicone Inflatable Double Bulb System is made of premium silicone and is designed for the enema enthusiast. The nozzle is inserted along with the first balloon. Both balloons are then inflated, creating an internal feeling of fullness and an external seal. Once the seal is created, liquid is filled inside of the rectum via a bag system or the Clean Stream In Line Accelerator. The premium silicone is ultra soft yet firm and flexible, for comfortable and body safe use. Each bulb has an integrated release valve for quick deflation and easy removal.

The device can be used by one person, but it's very difficult. The tube connecting the two inflation bulbs to the internal silicone expanding nozzle and external expanding seal is far too short for ease of use by one person. The tube cannot be cut to insert a extension tube, because the short length of tube supplied has two tiny diameter air lines to inflate the silicone nozzle and the external seal. These tiny air lines are located in the tube on either side of the enema water supply. The device can be easily used by two persons if the inflation bulbs are operated by one person while the other person receives the enema. Once the silicone nozzle is inserted and inflated and with the external seal inflated, the water seal is tight and the stimulation is pleasurable to the user.
